Grapefruit Essential Oil (Citrus Paradisi) is orange-tinted  oil which has a fresh, sweet, citrusy, refreshing, energizing aroma.

Grapefruit essential oil has distinct properties that may offer a variety of health benefits —reduces blood pressure, depression, stress levels, fatigue. It improves mood, stimulates the immune system and regulates metabolism.  Increases the body's resistance and allows the rapid management of various cold, inflammatory and infectious processes in the body.

Grapefruit Essential Oil Uses


  • Add a few drops to diffuser to flavor the room. You can also try inhaling it directly from the bottle. Inhaling can also reduce the appetite and help with weight loosing.  Alternatively it can be inhaled after sprinkling a few drops of the oil onto a cloth or tissue.

  • Add 15-20 drops of grapefruit oil in 250 ml water. Shake the bottle and spray the room for deodorizing effect against unpleasant odors.
