Spruce Esennetial Oil
Also known as Hemlock, Eastern Hemlock, or Hemlock Spruce, Spruce Essential Oil.
Spruce Essential Oil has a fresh, crisp and needle scent.
Aromatically, you should be pleased with the aroma of Spruce Essential Oil, if you enjoy the aroma of fir.
Working with it over Christmas and winter holidays is especially lovely but its fresh scent and calming properties make it great to work with all year round.
It is not surprising, as a conifer, that Spruce Oil is abundant in monoterpenes and also contains about 30-35 percent esters.
The oil will be more prone to oxidation, due to its monoterpene content.
Spruce Oil is therapeutically antimicrobial and is effective as a decongestant and expectorant.
Emotionally, Spruce Essential Oil strengthens and energizes you when you feel lethargic. Even in diffuser blends designed to help remain focused, confident, calm and healthy can be beneficial.
Also helps with colds, pneumonia, fatigue, bronchitis, muscle aches
